ANSWER:

Strong Iman. 

If they are equal in Iman, then in other aspects such as physical, financial etc.

Sheikh, in my country, there is an extremely bad & immoral ritual of ragging that whenever a new student goes to college, the older/senior students abuse him, torture him mentally and physically, beat them with sticks & bats and most heinous of these is that they may even make you strip off your clothes in front of many students and sexually harrass you and if you don’t obey them they will torture

I am actually very confused regarding geogrian calendar because we all follow normally geogrian calendar. If those who prefer maadelaw over allah’s law is guilty of kufr,then why those who prefer gegroian calendar over hijri calendar won’t be guilty of kufr? Because you told me in one of previous questions that those who actually celebrate birthdays are not guilty of kufr.
