ANSWER:

This depends on the situation in your country. If there are many people getting infected, you should avoid praying in the masjid and give yourself a quarantine for a few weeks not only from the masjid but from all other things such as work and schools. 

Should I pray at home eventhough the masjids are open in our place?

Sheikh, if a person who knows all the risks and danger of the virus, still goes to the Masjid believing that Allah is there to protect me and no Being can harm me unless Allah wills,if he dies due to the virus, will he depart from this world as a Martyr or a normal person? There are some Ulema who say that you can go to the masjids as long as you’re using sanitizers and taking necessary precaution
