ANSWER:

If they have been advised by the authorities to stay home and not attend the masjid, they have to obey it. But if the authorities didn’t impose a ban or curfew, he can go while taking the necessary precautions. 

Sheikh, if a person who knows all the risks and danger of the virus, still goes to the Masjid believing that Allah is there to protect me and no Being can harm me unless Allah wills,if he dies due to the virus, will he depart from this world as a Martyr or a normal person? There are some Ulema who say that you can go to the masjids as long as you’re using sanitizers and taking necessary precaution
