Sheikh.please is it authentic that Bilaal Bin Rabaa RA used to pray two unit nawaafil anytime He renewed his ablution? And are there prohibited times of the day for Bilaal’s type of nawaafil?

My question is, you have said that while making wudu by washing the face it is not allowed to wash the neck and it’s bidah but by mistakenly by forgetfullness I wash my face and neck too so my question is, if it happens do i have to make wudu from first or can i continue the wudu?

After I prayed Isha, I found madhiy on my underwear. I think it came out before or after Asr, but I am not sure when. I haven’t washed my penis or testicles too until after Isha when I found the madhiy. Should I repeat my prayers?
