ANSWER:

If you performed wudhu, there is no need to make up your prayers. The presence of Najasah on your clothes without knowing about it and praying is valid.

Praying without being in the state of wudhu is invalid, whether you knew or not. 

After I prayed Isha, I found madhiy on my underwear. I think it came out before or after Asr, but I am not sure when. I haven’t washed my penis or testicles too until after Isha when I found the madhiy. Should I repeat my prayers?
