She is a spoiled brat! Such a reaction is not normal unless she wants it for a shady reason. Her parents must not adhere to her demands until she becomes an obedient and dutiful daughter. 

She is sinful for cutting ties with her parents for something as little as a phone. You must advise her with good manners, wisdom, knowledge and diplomacy and remind her about Allah’s wrath on those who are undutiful towards their parents.

Sheikh my sister is asking for IPhone from my parents, and they are not buying her phone because they can’t afford it. Due to this her behaviour has changed, my father lives in ….., she doesn’t even talk to him, he ask us to give her phone but she refuses to talk. This hurts my parents alot, specially my mother. Whenever I try to talk to her she becomes more angry. Please help me what to do?
