ANSWER:

If the child was disobedient then he must ask his parents to forgive him now and he must repent to Allah as well. 

Yes, the parents can ask Allah to remove the curse and make lots of good duas for the child now. 

If a parent cursed their child, cause they were disobedience, can the child repent (grown up ) and ask allah to forgive them and same as for the parent can they ask allah to remove the curse ?

Sheikh my sister is asking for IPhone from my parents, and they are not buying her phone because they can’t afford it.
