How would it be distorting the creation of Allah? Did it change the speaker into an animal or a different gender?

Sheikh is it permissible to put subtitles on a video where the subtitles and the banner behind them are overlayed on the speaker a bit? Some people were worried this might be distorting the image and therefore changing the creation of Allah subhanahu wa taalaa.
