ANSWER:

This is not permissible.
Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said that a woman who believes in Allah and the day of judgment must not travel without her male mahram. 

Sheikh I want to know can a woman travel to attend the marriage feast of her friend while no Mehram is Available to accompany her.
