There are 2 rak’ah before Fajr, 4 before Thuhur and 2 after Thuhur, two after Maghrib and two after Isha.

As for the second part of the question, this needs a lot of explanation. Be more specific.

Please kindly give me full detailed of kabli and ba’adi ,and also what are the mistake been done and does not necessary need to be corrected in prayers{salat}.thanks masha allah.
