and I am with him as he remembers Me. And if he remembers Me in his heart, I also remember him in My Heart, and if he remembers Me in assembly I remember him in assembly, better than his,…and said that it seems to be in contradiction to the Quranic verse in which Allah the Exalted says for each and every living human being: “Verily i am more closer to you than your jugular vein!”
There seem no contradiction at all.
The verse of the Quran refers to how close Allah is to the individual- Muslim and non Muslims alike- with His knowledge and power while the hadeeth is referring to Allah’s support to the servant of Allah.
