ANSWER:

This is an innovation to go there and make duaa! Why not also take a nap every now and then just to warm up and get ready? 

One man in our community has bought a grave in a public graveyard for him. Also he sometimes go there and make dua for him standing before his future grave. Is this permissible? Also in general just buying a place for grave in public graveyard before death permissible?
