ANSWER:

The question is not clear. Major kufr or shirk is defined and it is mentioned in the books of aqeedah. 

Minor one is that which doesn’t reach its level but it is still greater than major sins! This is how scholars reached this conclusion with studying and researching the Quran and Sunnah with the understanding of the 3 favorite generations.

On what basis we define that this act is minor shirk. Eg. Turning away from father is a disbelief but hadith does not mention that it major or minor. How does scholars claim that this is minor shirk.
