ANSWER:

The Friday prayer consists of only 2 rakahs, which is prayed in congregation, behind an imam. 

When you pray at home, this is not Friday prayer, rather this is your normal dhuhr prayer, hence you must pray 4 rakahs. 

My question is that at home for jumma i pray full 12 rakats (4 sunnah, 4 farz, 2 sunnah and 2 nafl) whereas in the mosque the imam prays 2 farz only and i heard you should pray atleast 4 farz for duhr or jumma. So who is right here?
