ANSWER:

There isn’t any hadeeth specifying such interval.  There are 2 times for Asr which is a time that is recommended and a time that is for necessity and it is abhorred. 

When the sun becomes yellowish and the light fades a bit, this is when praying is not preferred and one is blamed for delaying it this must. 

Is there any hadees for not praying asar salah 15 mins before magrib adhan?

My question is that at home for jumma i pray full 12 rakats (4 sunnah, 4 farz, 2 sunnah and 2 nafl) whereas in the mosque the imam prays 2 farz only and i heard you should pray atleast 4 farz for duhr or jumma. So who is right here?
