ANSWER:

This is not permissible.

The belongings are to be distributed among the heirs and he is not permitted to do anything with them without the consent of other heirs.

After the death of my mother.my brother found some cash and gold from her belongings now he wants to donate all in charity for my parents without consent of other heirs and not giving any amount heirs .is his action is according to per islamic law of inheritence.
