He is a Muslim as long as he didn’t confess of not praying nor it was
proven that he didn’t pray at all.

Therefore, only Allah knows what will happen to him.

My grandfather never prayed, nor did he used to fast. My father tries to feed people on his behalf for the fasts he missed every ramadan. But prayer cannot be offered on his behalf. Is there any chance for him to go to Jannah? My grandmother also had a dream of him where he was in severe agony.
