If her organs are male organs, she is a man and can seek medical assistance to undergo the full transformation. She can’t remove her male organ when she doesn’t have a womb and the rest of the female anatomy.

But if she has both male and female organs, Muslim doctors must look into her case and decide which is more predominant.

My friend had confessed to me that she is an intersex. Meaning she has both male and female parts. She looks like a woman but her private part looks abnormal.
