If there are others who came before you or who are more qualified, she is doing injustice.

My cousin works on post of HR Manager in a Company and she hires persons on job. If I have all the qualifications needed for that job, As I’m her cousin and if she gives me favour during recruitment in same company, would it be halal? Is she doing Justice?

I am a graphic designer working for a hotel which would usually require me to design their alcohol menus or designing a flyer for their new wine promotion etc. My question is that as a Muslim is it permissible for me to do that?
