ANSWER:

This is a test from Allah and the ones who harm and create tensions unnecessarily will be held accountable on the day of Judgement. 

If you are forgiving and polite in keeping up the relations, you will be rewarded in shaa Allah. 

It’s said that it’s a great sin if we our relationship with our blood related relatives. My question is if they do harm to us by their behavior that causes severe turmoil in our life what should we do in that case?
