ANSWER:

Saying that to him is not talking to him but it won’t harm him rather it would make him more pleased for annoying you like this.

What kills him is to seek refuge in Allah from him! This burns him while telling him to get lost pleases him. 

Is talking to Satan shirk, like saying get lost from here in state of anger, giving bad words
