ANSWER:

Any Rakah you miss sujood in, what follows it is invalid and you must go immediately and offer the missing sujood. If you had reached its position from the following Rakah, this late Rakah takes the place of the previous Rakah and the previous Rakah is rendered void due to the missing sujood. This means that you will add another Rakah to replace the void one and offer sujood assahu after the Salam. 

In salah sometime i realize that i do just one sujood in one rakah, what should i do sheykh, will sujood saho enough for me, if i forget one sujood?

An aged-woman said to me to pray like this,to touch ur elbows to the ground in sujood,also in sujood ur position should be like(ur thighs should touch ur stomach)and ur toes andits fingers should not bend,she also said to me in a rudlymanner that idont know how to pray as i pray like a man,cause i have heared that there is no diff in men and women prayer,what should i do now?
