Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam had said, ‘Pray as you have seen me praying’, he did not say this only to men so there’s no difference between a man’s and a woman’s prayer. 

An aged-woman said to me to pray like this,to touch ur elbows to the ground in sujood,also in sujood ur position should be like(ur thighs should touch ur stomach)and ur toes andits fingers should not bend,she also said to me in a rudlymanner that idont know how to pray as i pray like a man,cause i have heared that there is no diff in men and women prayer,what should i do now?
