ANSWER:

No problem in praying voluntary prayers sitting. This is permissible, though this would be half in reward of the person standing up if done without a valid reason. 

Standing up is a pillar in a fard prayer. Praying obligatory prayer while sitting with no legitimate reason is not permissible and the prayer is void.

In India some people they do not stand during nawafil prayer they say we pray nawafil salah sitting is this correct? What about fard prayers?

If the time of congregation has passed can i pray salah at home? And if i have somewhere to go or i am busy knowing that i won’t be able to pray at the time of salah so can i pray before the time? At home?

I tend to take too much time to perform my salah (10-15minutes for 2rakat prayer and 15-30 minutes for 4 rakat). I tend to slow my recitation in salah so that I feel focused and also I have less ability to be attentive generally(I’m a non arab). I’m I doing anything wrong by extending my prayer time whereas usually people finish their salah within 5-10 minutes?
