ANSWER:

1. You should go to the masjid and pray there in second congregation or if there is no congregation going on, you should start praying and some other late comers would join you to make Jamah. 

2. It is absolutely prohibited to pray even a second before the time for salah enters.

If the time of congregation has passed can i pray salah at home? And if i have somewhere to go or i am busy knowing that i won’t be able to pray at the time of salah so can i pray before the time? At home?

It is prohibited to spit towards the direction of qibla and right side. Is the right side option applicable for every other direction also?
