If this job has anything haram in it, it is not permissible to work there.

if the benifit of my job is more than its harm should continue it or leave it?

I’m 16 and still live at home, so I don’t need a job to survive. But I would need one to get experience which could be useful in the future and also to make some extra money. Unfortunately 99% of the jobs in my country are mixed, is it permissible if I get a job at a place that is mixed? What about if the women are older and I limit interaction?
