ANSWER: 

Yes, this is the sunnah but it is not mandatory.
However you must not miss a prayer for work, you can always take out 5 minutes from any schedule and pray on time.

If I miss Fajr or Maghrib or Isha unwillingly due to sickness or work, will I have to pray them louder when I’ll make uo the prayer? Like I am supposed to pray the first two rakats of Fajr, Magbrib, Isha louder right? So when I make up the prayer, shall I pray louder as usual??
