ANSWER:

Of course not! 

If the masjid is within your vicinity, you must pray there. 

No problem in donating interest money to build the masjid. 

If a Masjid is made from the money of riba and you don’t find any peace of soul while offering Namaz there, would it be better to offer Namaz at home rather than going that Masjid?
