ANSWER:

Yes, it’s her responsibility to pay zakat on it as it belongs to her but if the husband is willing to pay her zakat out of love then no problem in this.

I have money and my wife has gold.money exceed jakat nisab,but total gold does not,Does i need to give jakat on money +gold,or only money? I only gave zakat on money not the gold,because gold quantity does not exceed nisab.do i need to sum them all and give jakat on it.

I usually give Zakat every August as that is when I acquired Gold. Now I wish to give Zakat during Ramadan, so after I give this year August, can I give early next year during Ramadan and going forward continue every Ramadan?
