ANSWER:

If she is commuting within city limits, she can’t do that. She must stop and pray it on time. If she is traveling between cities, she can combine maghrib and ishaa. Of course she is not allowed to travel without a male mahram. 

I know someone who travels far and the maghrib azaan is called out when she is on her way back. Should she pray in the vehicle, combine the maghrib with isha or pray it as Khaza? What is the ruling in this case?
