ANSWER:

One might get reward for reciting it but he will be sinful for this innovation and disrespecting it as a form of decoration. 

I know it is prohibited to hang any ayah of Quran or hanging like Allah-hu-akbar, etc. But will one get reward for it when he/she will recite it or repeat it in his heart if seeing it hanging.
