ANSWER:

One must not do this, as it is like drawing the lots and it is disrespecting the Quran. Recite the surah seeking comfort and it shall comfort you with the grace of Allah but not to find an answer or to tell you what to do! 

I heard people say when you are really upset, read random page in quran and you will find a message from allah which will definitely heal you and doing so increases your faith and trust in allah..and i also heard many of them say it worked with them..this is also something that christians do with their bible..is it allowed to do so or is it haram as it resembles the way of christians ??
