ANSWER:

This is not permissible as it’s an innovation.

There’s no specific dua mentioned, just make general dua during times of acceptance, such as in salah in your sujood, in the last tashahud, before making salam, between Azaan and iqama, during the last third of the night, begging Allah until He opens the door and answers your dua.

Does doing wazifa for marriage or other purpose permissible? Is there any dua for getting married soon and also getting the desired spouse (in terms of nobel and pious characteristics)?
