ANSWER:

No, it’s not permissible to give this interest money to him to perform Umrah. 

Give it to real needy poor muslim who would use it to pay off their bills or buy medication or food with it. 

I have gained profit from FDR. I know that if I use the money it will be as I’ve consumed riba but can I use that money to help someone perform Umrah or for their treatment and also donate in madrasah ?

Sheikh,Here in India current banks are offered to businessmen and almost all accounts are with riba. There is a bank offering no interest account but its quite far from my home. I contacted banks but they won’t give me current acc. Can I make use of saving acc and donate interest?
