ANSWER:

No problem in reciting from the Quran or from the phone, the reward is the same and you can complete half from both without a problem. 

I have a doubt regarding reading Quran in mobile. In sha Allah, I will be completing one full Quran this Ramadhan as well. Is it allowed to read partly in mobile and partly in Quran to finsh all the 30 juzz?? Or we should only read and complete 30 juzz in Quran only
