You have to depend on Allah and put your trust in Him. you should also ask someone else to smell the clothes so that you can kick these evil thoughts for good from your mind. It is Satan who is trying to destroy your life with his wiswas. If you listen to him, you would be making his task easy. You have to put a fight, seeking Allah’s help and guidance and Allah will be with you.

I am suffering from waswas and purity, i smell something even if there is nothing there. I used the washing machine today and some clothes had smell in them so i cleaned the dryer, and put everything back in the washer.

Is an oath valid if one swears an oath in their mind without saying it on their lips? Also i suffer from waswas. This is a major problem for me. my mind makes too many oaths beyond my control, my mind swears to do this or that or not to do this or that. I have no control over this. Do i owe expiation’s for those oaths? I am a little embarrassed to ask this .
