She has one interview that should be done physically in the presence of her mahram where they sit together and chitchat to see if there is any chemistry between them or not. During such interview, she can check diplomatically about his views on praying in the masjid, hijab, who his favorite scholars are and why!

How can a Muslim woman interact with a man who lives overseas and is a potential spouse.with mahram but what should she ask him or talk about? Can she directly ask whether he is a practicing Muslim or it will be too offensive?
