If you just intended it without vowing it verbally, you can change your intention.

Honourable sheikh,I intended to give some money in a mosque,then I heard that it’s better to give charity to the needy relatives.Now,can I give that money to my uncle and my grandmother as they are not solvent though I intended to give it to mosque.Is this ok to give them?
