ANSWER:

Women do not need their mahram while commuting within the city limits. 

When traveling outside the city borders, each woman must be accompanied by her male mahram. If two women have a common mahram then only that mahram is sufficient for both.

Did every individual female need to bring her mehram with her while travelling. Like example: Me & my father so he is my mahram went to shopping mall.now with us i have my cousin also, who are non_mehram to my father. Did she also need to bring her mahram also?
