I was told by one of my friend that making dua at time of giving birth is most likely to accepted and granted. Is there such thing and is it recommended?

There isn’t any specific hadeeth in this regards but the general rule is that when a person is in distress, Allah answers it.

Akhi, a brother was asking whether it is sunnah or bidah to raise hands for dua after Imam or someone gives Islamic lecture?

It is permissible after a lecture to raise the hands when making Dua’a.

What does a person intend while answering the call of nature? Or there is nothing in it?

He must say the dua’a before entering in the toilet اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ “O Allah. I seek refuge in You from the male female evil and Jinns”.

Abdullah Ibn Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salla Allahu alayhi wa ssallam) used to say: “Allahumma inni as’alukal-huda wat-tuqa wal-`afafa wal-ghina (O Allah! I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and self-sufficiency)”. Muslim

I would like to know if we are allowed to say other people that “remember us in your dua”. Can we ask other people to make dua for us?

This is permissible.

Can I say the following dua 100 times a day as a part of my repentance? Or is it sufficient if I say it once? You can say it as many times as you like but don’t set a specific number for it.

What is the sunnah before starting any events/functions? Is there any du’a or dhikr?

Is the supplicating collectively with hands raised allowed in Islam? Is it allowed in any certain circumstances like Eid prayer etc?
