Sheikh can I give eid fitrana to my servants !

Zakat al fitr must be given to the poor and needy Muslims.

Does giving food for the purpose of iftar and sahri to the fuqara wal masaakin come under the heading of zakaah? There are some people who do not expose themselves as fuqara or masaakin but they are needy and they do not ask for anything and when they are given anything like cloths, foods etc. they accept.

No, this doesn’t count as zakaat, it counts as sadaqa. If they are poor or needy, give them zakat in cash.

Sheikh zakat is on silver which is more than 595 grams and gold which is more than 80 grams?
