my question is in regards to tahajud/witr, is the end time for tahjud/witr just before the Azaan of Fajr or is it till you have started praying Fajr, for example if Fajr starts at 5:30 and sunrise is 7:20 and i set my alarm to try and wake up and read tahajud and witr and i wake up at 5:35 do i then have to do qaza of witr and pray fajr or can i read witr and then pray fajr

In the very unfortunate event that I realize that my awrah is not properly covered while in the middle of a prayer, should I complete the prayer and then repeat it, or should I stop the prayer, fix the problem and then restart the prayer?

Which part of your awrah are you referring to? If it is the hair, simply fixed it and continue your prayer as exposing it a bit like this unintentionally is ok.

Is there any forbidden times that you are not allowed to pray tahiyyat-ul masjid?

If a person does not pray at all (zero), he is a kafir and not a Muslim.

After fajr salah and say after half an hour after that can a person sleep and later the women get up after 2 hours to do the general chores of house work and men to get ready to go for duty of job.Is it forbidden to sleep after fajr salah or can one sleep?

Yes, you can go to sleep after Fajr salah.

When I join the congregation late then in the last Tashahud with the congregation should I only read Attahiyat or Durood-e-Ibrahim should also be read? And when I join the congregation from 4th Rakah, and get up to continue my prayer from the 2nd Rakah, then in the 2nd Rakah should I read a Surah after reading Surah Al-Fatihah or not?

You should read all what you can read as there isn’t any silence in prayer where you don’t say a thing.

If a surah after fatihah is omitted then. Will his prayer be invalid

Prayer is valid with just the recitation of al Fatiha, although one is missing out on a sunnah by not reciting another surah. The prayer is valid.

My father has undergone a surgery and then he prayed the fard prayers by doing tayammum and lying in the bed for 2 days. Please let me know if he need to repeat the fard prayers again.

If he was unable to use water nor to pray standing or sitting, this is valid.

Do we have to read the tasbih 15 times in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th before reciting Surah al Fatiha?

This is an innovation.

A sister always assumed that one is encouraged to do Istikhara ONLY if one has some sort of confusion in decision making! Hence, if one is Confident of ones decision one does not make istikhara! is she correct? She suffered asudden unexpected loss,now she is confused should one do istikhara even if one is superconfident about ones decision(all this ofcourse in halaal matters)
