I heard that there is a sunnah prayer after wudu regrdless of how many times we take wudu a day exept for the restricted times for praying ….. is it true ?

What is the right way of saying aameen after surah fatiha during obligatory salaat. in hanafi madhab the followers of imam say it silent,in shafi’a madhab they say it loud.which is correct?
