I read that reading Ayathul Kursi, before each fard prayer is a Sunnah and this Sunnah helps one to step one level higher to Allah. Is this Hadith Correct?

When stand up from second prostration to another rakah we see some people sit and stand and other people just stand without sitting. Which one is correct?

Sitting for a short pause is sunnah.

Recently I was in a shopping mall in the UK and I had just realised I had just about half an hour until Asr adhan and hadn’t done my dhur salah yet. My mother and aunty had gone off somewhere and I was alone with my freind and we are young. I could not tell the direction to pray in as the sun was blocked. What should I have done? I prayed after, is it accepted?

No, it is not! You should have asked any Muslim about the direction or any non muslim about the direction of east or north. Even if you couldn’t find anyone to tell you, you should have made your best to face what you think is the qibla and prayed before the time was over.

If I miss Fajr prayer and wake up after 2 or 3 hours later, do I have to pray Qaza at that time or can I wait ?

If you set the alarm and didn’t woke up, you have to pray immediately as you wake up.

Sheikh is it permissible to perform 2 units of prayer before dhuhr at home instead of performing 4 ? Or is it only allowed to perform 4 at home & 2 or 4 at the mosque ?

The sunnah is to pray 4 rakka (2 and 2) before Dhuhur and 2 rakaa after. You can pray two home and two in the masjid before the prayer

Sheikh, my wife says her mom gave her certain amount of gold which is above nisab level, problem is its not under my possession or under my wife possession, i never know how much they gave her, its not with her right now, its been more than 7months, and i dont think i can exercise full rights on the gold without anyones permission, so in that case am i responsible to pay zakat ?

Your wife is responsible for paying the zakat on her gold. If she can’t get hold of it and she is unable to sell it because they are keeping it and not releasing it, there is no zakat on her until she receives it.

Are Friday prayers rejected if someone has something haram in his possession, and that haram thing is at home and not on him in the masjid?

I made wudhu and prayed my thuhur and asr salah in the same wudhu. After sometime I noticed that I had a really tiny like a dot of morsel of morsel in my mouth . So am I required to remake my wudhu and repeat both the prayers?
