May Allah bless you Sheikh for clarifying our second thoughts. Is it permissible to pray nafl as 4rakats. If not can you plz include hadis, question is from my father. Thank you

I wantd To ask abt paying zakat this Ramadan. Say I have Rs 1lac in my account for less than a year.. Do I have to pay zakat for it? And if I already had Rs 1lac in my account last year for which I already paid zakat in the month of Ramadan last year. Now this year one more lac got added to it but this lac was with me for less than a yr. do I have to pay zakat for 2lacs

Zakat is due on any savings that finishes one year in your possession. It is best to designate a specific date every Hijra year and in that day, calculate whatever savings you have and give zakat on it regardless when it came into your possession.

I would like to ask why women pray differently to men e.g where they place their hands on the chest and the way they sit etc. I did some reaserch and came across a saying in which the prophet pbuh said “Pray as you see me pray” so why do women pray their salah different? and if so who said this and is there a narration in the hadiths?

Basically there isn’t any difference. Sometimes when a woman is praying outside and men are looking, we may ask her to conceal herself and not to follow a number of Sunnah.

When we calculate zakat on our gold do we take the actual current price of gold or do we take the price that we would get if we sold it to back to them

I own a flat where I live with my family. I have an open land where I thought of building house InShaAllah and give it for rent so that I could have another source of income in future.Do I need to give zakath for this value of open land?

There is no zakat on this land.

I started my prayer and I had no urge to urinate or defecate. While I was in Qiyaam, I felt like wind is going to pass, so I stopped it. Does that invalidate wudu? Should I break the Salah when I have such feeling during the Salah and not before the Salah ?

As long as it didn’t exit, your prayer is valid.

If we miss one or more rakaah of salah in a Jamaat prayer then we have to pray it ourselves. when a rakaah is considered to be missed? if someone miss the rukoo or miss a sujood?

If he catches the imam in the ruku position his Rakah is valid. But if he missed that, has missed the Rakah.

I want know if it’s necessary to do azaan in late night tahajjud prayers?

Athan is for the five daily prayers and there is a sixth athan which is before Fajr athan by half to an hour which is a reminder for people to wake up for sahoor and to pray tahajjud.

i want to know can we pay Zakat to someone who very poor without inform him like this is zakat. i want to pay zakat one of my relative but if i informed him this is zakat money then they will not ready for this.

I paid zakah last year in ramadan i dont remember date. Should I wait until I go homecountry(at end of ramadan) to give it to someone poor or give it to my relative now who can give it to masjid in homecountry or give it here where i live in masjid? I dont know where to find poor muslim here. Also in my homecountry majority are muslim but many of them dont pray.

You can wait and give it to the Muslims In your country but try to select the real Muslims.
