QUESTION: I am planning for umrah Insha’Allah. I will be flying from Qatar. As soon as I reach, I will perform my first umrah. But I wish to perform a second one too. Is it allowed to perform more than one umrah for oneself per journey? Because I heard that the Prophet only performed one during one journey.

QUESTION: Can I touch the Kaaba or hijr Ismael while in the state of ihram? Because they are constantly being scented, I heard that touching them would get scent on ourselves so we shouldn’t.

ANSWER: Touching them is not mandatory while avoiding perfume is while you are in the state of Ihram.

QUESTION: Last year my parents went for Umrah. My mother told me that while doing her 4th tawaf, she passed Maqam Ibrahim, then the adhan was called, so she went to pray. My question is, when she returns, should she start the 4th tawaf again from Hajar al-Aswad or continue from where she left off? And does the gap affect the tawaf?

QUESTION: If someone is going to perform umrah, they have to arrange for food to the local people, imam will be reciting Fatiha and make congregational dua. People will make musafah with those who is gonna perform umrah. After fajr on the day of travel, Imam will visit the house, recite Fatiha and write some dua on the entrance wall of the house. Are these practices necessary?

QUESTION: What is the ruling on someone who goes to perform umrah and then made intention to be in the state of ihram and to perform umrah but he wasn’t wearing the ihram while making the intention and then change his mind and decided to not perform umrah and return to his country (can he cancel his intention?)

QUESTION: What is the ruling of a person who do something intentionally in Umrah that impose Dum on him rather than doing unintentionally? Like if he touches Ka’aba knowing it has fragrance in it.

ANSWER: If he knows that touching the black stone would result in him having perfume on his hand, he must not do that. If he does that knowingly, he must expiate for breaking one of the restricted acts in Ihram.

QUESTION: I’m going umrah next week in shaa Allah so after I complete my umrah I shave my head and when I do my second umrah which will be next day so do I shave my head again
