ANSWER:

If he knows that touching the black stone would result in him having perfume on his hand, he must not do that. 

If he does that knowingly, he must expiate for breaking one of the restricted acts in Ihram.

QUESTION: What is the ruling of a person who do something intentionally in Umrah that impose Dum on him rather than doing unintentionally? Like if he touches Ka’aba knowing it has fragrance in it.
