QUESTION: Sheikh in jummah Salah the imam starts the khutba right after the adhan so if I say the dua after adhan I would be making the dua for about 5 seconds overlapped with the imam’s khutba so is this permissible or is this considered talking during the khutba?

ANSWER: You are not obliged to give zakat as you don’t have the nisab. Once you reach the nisab, this is when you start counting for a lunar year to give your zakat after one year.

QUESTION: I’m from Bangladesh. My question is about praying witr salat. ANSWER: Pray it with the Imam in Taraweeh and if you want to pray home when you go home, you can while not repeating Witr.

ANSWER: The lender must pay the zakat over his money which he had willingly given to someone else. The borrower must also pay zakat if the money is in his possession and a whole year passed on it.

QUESTION: I pray 4 rakah of doha prayer only but i was thinking to pray more but sitting. Iam healthy ALHAMDULILLAH but want to pray more nawafil sitting so can i pray doha nawafil while sitting on chair or sitting on foor ?

ANSWER: You can pray the voluntary prayers while sitting but you will lose half the reward if you didn’t have a genuine reason for doing so.

QUESTION: I experience spotting before my periods. For example, At Maghrib time I had discharge so I wash and change my pad, take wudu and pray. At Isha time there was no discharge so I proceed to pray. Then while praying I feel discharge. I cannot be certain of what it is untill I look. ANSWER: If you check immediately after prayers and see spotting, you need to clean yourself, renew your wudhu and repeat that prayer.
