Can the servant use the SAME cleaning materials for my washroom or does my washroom also become Impure?

Wa alaikum salaam, No problem. You can ask them to clean yours first though the tools they use are the same and they will not change it the other day. As long as you don’t see impurity, such doubts are baseless.
