The garment is not impure.

Assalamu alaikum sheikh, After washing the clothes urine stain is still there on myundergarments, so if I touch it do I require to wash my hands?And I washed it twice still the stain hasn’t gone so is the garment still impure?

Assalamu alaikum sheikh, I was staying over at someone’s place and after using the toilet when Iflushed water flew on my clothes I couldn’t change my Clothes. So whereever I sat or whatever I used was it all impure and the abaya Iwore over those clothes ?
